You can email your design inspiration to hello@bake4me.ca when placing your order. We’ll do our best to recreate it, though slight variations in color or size may occur. Please credit the original designer if applicable—otherwise, any design claims will be your responsibility. If no design is provided, our decorators will create one based on your details (e.g. theme, color, message, or recipient).

We request that you kindly keep the cakes refrigerated and bring out 1-2 hours before serving. Because our cakes are covered in buttercream, there is a high chance that it may melt which can affect the decoration.

Our cakes contain no preservatives and can last up to one week if properly stored and refrigerated. Unfrosted cakes should be wrapped in cling film to retain freshness. You may also freeze the items to extend their shelf life even longer.

Our kitchen processes all kinds of recipes that may contain traces of allergens such as peanuts and tree nuts, wheat, soy, eggs and milk, so it is impossible to guarantee that certain allergens have not “strayed” onto the products or raw materials when not included as a specific ingredient in the recipes or raw material packaging. Please contact us with inquiries regarding the inclusion of specific allergens in the recipes of specific items.

A tiered cake is usually used at wedding celebrations and it refers to different sizes of cakes stacked on each other. It could 6"and 8" (2 tier) or 6",8" and 10" (3 tier).

While layered cakes are same sized (diameter) cakes sandwiched together with frosting to make it taller. We can have 2, 3 or more layers making a layered cake.
